The two-day lineup drew thousands to McKinney over the weekend for one of the first major local music fests in more than a year.

“Over on the State Fair Records Stage, situated next to the Guava Tree Cuban Cafe just off the square’s southeastern edge, young Americana talent Jackson Scribner and his band proffered some dreamy folk-rock to a few dozen folks seeking shelter from an unexpected late afternoon burst of sunlight. Following Scribner on the same stage, Taylor Young of The O’s skillfully performed material from his excellent, indie-rock flavored eponymous band project, backed by a new group of players.”
